Frequently Asked Questions

Where are we staying?

 

We will be staying in a Mansion in Orlando, Florida, the house address will be released closer to the time of the retreat. 

 

What is the arrival airport? 

The arrival and departure airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO). 

How will I commute from Orlando International Airport to my accommodations?

 

​ Transportation to the accommodations will be the responsibility of the attendee.

 

Is the flight included?

Flights are not included in the package price. Flights are to be purchased separately.

When should I purchase my airfare? 

You should purchase your ticket as early as possible for the best possible rates. We will send additional information as we approach the deadline. 

What’s included in my package? 

The package includes your room accommodations based on the package you have chosen, meet and greet, meals prepared by a chef, sessions, and entertainment.

 

How do the room accommodations work? 

 

If you have selected the single occupancy package, you will have a room to yourself, including a private bathroom. If you have chosen the double occupancy option, you will share a room with another attendee, and both of you will have access to a shared bathroom. If you already have a preferred roommate in mind, you can request to room with them. The Attendee package is designed for those who prefer to arrange their own accommodations, such as booking a hotel or staying with their family.

 

How can I pay for my trip?

We offer two different options to pay for your trip: 

(1) Full payment upon booking

or 

(2) $450 Deposit +Installments

Please note that all balances must be paid in full by February 8th, 2024. 

 (3) We have After pay, Sezzle, and Cherry, which are all buy now and pay later.

 

How are installments made? 

 

After the deposit is made you will receive a fee schedule and invoice where you will put your card on file to make the final payments. 

Can I stop you from taking payments even after I’ve agreed to the installments? 

You will be able to stop the payments at any time by emailing Iamtakaranicole@gmail.com Please note that you will be subject to our cancellations policies as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. 

Is this trip refundable? 


• Deposit fees are non-refundable
• Cancellations before December 1st - 50% refund (excluding deposit)
• Cancellation on and after December 1st - All monies paid will be forfeited.

All cancellation requests must be submitted by written notification and sent to iamtakaranicole@gmail.com. Subject should state “Full Name Cancellation Request”.Due to the intimate size of this group trip, preparation, there will only be partial refunds issued for the 2024 Bosses Retreat.  By purchasing any one of our packages, you acknowledge and agree to our policy.
